Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery during product drops or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us at support@kharisapparel.com so we can help file a claim.
